Trello is a project management application that helps to track the team performance and simplifies the team work. Atlassian is popular for its JIRA family of products, #1 tool for agile software teams. Atlassian announced that they entered into an agreement to acquire Trello for $425M. Simons said that Atlassian is committed to developing Trello and investing into R&D.
